Your visit matters to all our staff. To ensure that we provide the best services, therapies and care possible, we ask that you briefly review the following information about Capital Blossom Day Spa.

To secure your desired time and treatment, we suggest that you contact us through the following:

We would also appreciate it if you would let us know if you have any special needs or health issues, or would like to request a particular therapist or gender of therapist. All services booked online require a 30% deposit with every appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Please know that we require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel without charge. If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment within twenty-four hours of your scheduled time, or fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full price of the scheduled treatment(s). Rescheduling your appointment within twenty-four hours of your scheduled time will result in a 50 percent charge of the treatment’s value. If we are able to fill your vacant appointment time, you will not be charged for the service.

Arrivals

We strongly encourage all of our guests to arrive at least 10 minutes before their service. If you are scheduled to receive any of our body treatments or services, you will be asked to complete a simple, brief questionnaire regarding any special needs, physical issues or medical problems. Your treatment will start promptly at its designated time. If you arrive late for your service, your treatment will be modified accordingly. All treatments and services end on time so that the next guest will not be inconvenienced. Feel free to wear comfortable clothing and footwear.
All dressing and undressing will occur in the privacy of your treatment room, Gentlemen scheduled for facials should shave no less than 2 hours prior to their service. Our staff strives to ensure absolute safety and comfort of all our guests but please leave special jewelry and valuables at home.
For parking concerns, we do not have a parking lot for clients. However, there is a secure street parking area near our facility.
Suggestions
To get the most out of your treatment or service, please communicate with your therapist. Your comfort and pleasure are paramount to us, so please let your specialist know if you have concerns about depth or pressure or delivery during your massage or treatment, the temperature of your spa room, music volume or any other issues. To maintain a quiet, peaceful atmosphere we ask that you please turn off your cell phone and keep conversations on the quiet side. If you are pregnant, your medical professional’s consent is requested before we begin your body treatment.
If this is unobtainable we request that you sign a waiver of liability before your service. Our therapists and service providers do everything possible to make your experience effective, optimal, fulfilling, and pleasurable. We encourage a 15 to 20 percent gratuity at your discretion at the conclusion of your treatment or service.
